The Leadership Team

Mr. Horn provides strategic direction for ScriptSave. Over the course of his career, he has founded and co-founded several businesses in the health care and insurance industries, including two Inc. 500 companies. He also serves as Chairman of Ternian Insurance Group, a Phoenix, Arizona based company that markets a variety of medical and supplemental health products and services. Mr. Horn graduated from the University of Delaware. He serves on The University of Arizona's College of Pharmacy National Advisory Board.

Ms. Bryant is responsible for the strategic positioning and the day-to-day operations of the Company. Ms. Bryant joined the Company in 2001. Ms. Bryant possesses over 20 years experience in healthcare working with the nation's largest insurers, health plans and hospital organizations. She has significant experience in operations, sales, account management, product design, operations and marketing. Prior to joining ScriptSave, Ms. Bryant was CEO and Managing Partner for Sleepstudy.com, a healthcare-related startup venture, and held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of HealthPartners Health Plan. Ms. Bryant holds a Bachelor of Science in Community/Public Health. Ms Bryant is the current Chairperson for Tucson Center for Women and Children.

Ms. Kimbrough is responsible for financial planning and reporting for the organization. Ms. Kimbrough joined the company in 2004. Ms. Kimbrough possesses over 10 years of experience in public accounting and industry roles. Prior to joining ScriptSave, Ms. Kimbrough worked for a publicly traded corporation where she was responsible for financial reporting for a subsidiary with annual revenues of $250M. Ms. Kimbrough holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and a Master of Business Administration. Ms. Kimbrough is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Arizona and is a member of the AICPA.

Dr. Sredzinski is responsible for overall pharmacy strategic initiatives, including clinical programs, operations, and trade relations with the pharmaceutical company industry. Dr. Sredzinski joined the company in 2000. Dr. Sredzinski possess over 15 years experience in healthcare, working with the nation’s largest insurers, health plans and pharmaceutical organizations with experience in pharmacy operations and direction, clinical operations, formulary and rebate management and disease management programs. Prior to joining ScriptSave, Dr. Sredzinski held various pharmacy positions at Elan Pharmaceuticals, Aetna, HealthPartners and Partners National Health Plan. Dr. Sredzinski holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology and Chemistry, as well as a Doctor of Pharmacy. Dr. Sredzinski has pharmacy licensure in Arizona and California and is a member of The Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy as well as the Arizona Society for Hospital Pharmacy. Additionally, Dr. Sredzinski is adjunct faculty in the College of Pharmacy at the University of Arizona.

Ms. Berger is responsible for overall Product Development, Marketing and Client Services initiatives. Ms. Berger joined the Company in 2002. Ms. Berger possess over 15 years experience in healthcare, working with the nation’s largest insurers, health plans and pharmaceutical organizations with experience in program design, product design, sales training, account management, marketing/creative design and marketing/communications. Prior to joining ScriptSave, Ms. Berger held various sales, service and marketing roles at Eli Lilly & Co., United Healthcare, HealthPartners and Aetna. Ms. Berger has a Masters of Science and Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Administration and is a Certified Health Education Specialist.

Mr. Parker is responsible for the development and delivery of technology and business process solutions for ScriptSave customers. Mr. Parker joined ScriptSave in 2011 with over 30 years' experience in insurance, healthcare, and PBM operations. His background includes expertise in claims adjudication, business process improvement, enterprise business systems, project management, and customer service. Mr. Parker served in leadership and executive roles at Aetna, Sharp HealthCare, American Specialty Health, and MedImpact HealthCare Systems. He holds a BA degree from Ambassador University and completed Masters studies at San Diego State University. Mr. Parker’s professional education also includes programs at the University of California, San Diego and Villanova University. Mr. Parker is a certified Scrum Master, a member of the American Society for Quality, and an examiner for the Arizona Quality Alliance.

Mr. Chamness is responsible for overall pharmacy services & initiatives to include contracting, systems and relationships. Mr. Chamness joined the company in 2004. Mr. Chamness possess over 17 years experience within senior pharmacy operations and managed care pharmacy operations in the retail pharmacy industry. Prior to joining ScriptSave, Mr. Chamness held various pharmacy operations and management roles at Safeway and Kmart. Mr. Chamness holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy.
