In administering our pharmaceutical drug discount programs,
we receive Individually Identifiable Health Information from
various sources including the pharmacies that process your
discounts, your Plan Sponsor, or through our interactions
with you. We need this information to administer our point-of-sale
discount prescription service for you. This information is
not transferred, sold or otherwise disclosed to third parties,
except as is necessary for the proper administration of our
programs or as may be required by law. Your Information is
always protected as Confidential Private Information.
Additional Health and Savings Information:
As an added feature of your Prescription Discount Program,
upon your authorization we may also provide you with special
information that may be of particular value to you to enhance
your health, such as drug price comparisons and/or special
savings opportunities through programs available to our cardholders.

programs, we ask that you provide us with your first and
last name, group #, member ID #, city and state.
Providing us your first and last name,
and member ID# are optional, however please be assured
that we will not publish your name without your express
permission and we will never publish your member ID#.

- Your answers to our online Health
Initiative Survey allow us to send you educational information
on certain medical conditions as well as information on
additional savings opportunities related to the treatment
of those medical conditions. We protect all your personally
identifying information as confidential and we do not sell
it, or share it with anyone other than those necessary to
administer providing you the educational health and savings
MSC's prescription drug discount programs are
not insurance and do not provide insurance coverage. Discounts
are exclusively available at participating pharmacies.
E-mails are not a completely secure transfer method, therefore
we are unable to guarantee the security of any information
you e-mail to us. We recommend that you do not provide any
